Customers have the right to cancel reservations made through the Mousa Tourism website and request a refund of the amount paid, unless the trip has started or the service has been implemented.
Customers have the right to return merchandise purchased from Musa Tours within 14 days of purchase with a receipt of the purchase and a display of the merchandise in an unused condition.
Customers may not return merchandise that has been assigned to them, such as customized gifts, or customized services such as medical services.
Refunds to customers must be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation or return.
Merchandise to be returned must be in good condition and unused condition.
Mousa Tourism is entitled to justice in this policy at any time and customers will be notified through the site.
